Flowers aren’t my factor but Cat Deeley’s £45 midi dress changed my mind

Cat Deeley is actually my current style creativity, with her clothes becoming anything I splurge on as soon as she and co-host Ben Shepherd begin their presenting duties every morning. Keeping up her elegant run, the 47- year- ancient made me, a decorative non- believer, want to try the traditional trend thanks to her black and white decorative midi dress worn on Tuesday’s show. The best part is, it’s just £45 and from the high streets.

Cat swapped the cotton link belt for a black and gold linked belt and wore the with black velvet thigh high boots, which are becoming a mainstay in the cat wardrobe.

Cat Deeley altered her River Island clothing belt and added thigh-high shoes.

By switching the belt, Cat has deftly toned down the down-to-earth vibe of the dress, which wouldn’t look out of place on a summer vacation or a summer event, and made it spring-appropriate with a covered leg.

People who, like me, prefers a brilliant or colorful floral print to opt for the black and white floral print is in luck. It errs on the side of tropical display, rather than ditsy or chintzy decorative, also.

I prefer the stretched sleeves in my “black floral puff sleeve swing audio dress” for a distinguishable reason. They help to make the dress feminine without being overly frilly, and they help to make the dress’s slim shoulders appear wider.

I personally love them to make a traditional print, like flowers, to appear more contemporary and dressier. And I’d part the dress underneath a knitted vest in black or white to give the sleeves a bigger focus.

Cat’s clothing is one of those intermediate pieces we seek for too, just like Cat, layer today with dark knee high boots like Cat, tights or skinny jeans, and travel summer, you’ve got a bright and airy dress that’ll keep you cool.

If the length is too short, River Island also offers a dress in midi length that is cut in the same print and design but falls just above the ankle. If you are a fan of the brighter florals, both dresses come in.

It’s refreshing to see a daytime TV presenter letting her own fashion sense shine through since her SMTV / CD: UK days back in the late 1990s.

In an interview with, she revealed she loves to style herself. “I style myself for TV shows and appearances because I really enjoy it and because I like being accepted in my own skin. Sometimes I can rock a black leather mini dress, other times I want a whimsical vintage piece of clothing gathered together with a prayer and hope, and finally I switch to an androgynous trouser suit from Zara. I really enjoy combining it.”
