A group of Holland enthusiasts have been accused of “blackface” during their attempt to outfit as Ruud Gullit during Sunday’s opening against Poland.

French followers had a happy time as they saw their staff overcome a 2: 1 deficit at the Volkspark Stadium in Berlin.

In the 16th moment, Adam Buksa gave the Poles a prospect before Wout Weghorst scored a soon success.

However, some nasty style has been left behind after some supporters have painted their eyes black to resemble Gullit.

A historic practice that dates up about 200 years is known as Blackface. It’s seen as discriminatory and some people find it deeply offensive.

It frequently refers to when one paints their encounter lighter to resemble a dark person, typically with white skin.

In Holland, where the custom of the Christmas character Black Pete stokes little disagreement, this is a particularly contentious matter.

Zwarte Piet’s appearance at Christmas parties and on television raises a racial backlash in the Netherlands every year, with reviewers and protesters calling the figure a racist homage to the imperial period.

He has usually been played by bright actors in black, wearing a curly afro- type wig and dark lipstick.

The issue of blackface is particularly controversial in Holland due to a Christmas tradition

In their Group D opening, Holland came away with a late success thanks to striker Wout Weghorst’s first contact, which earned them a deserved 2-1 victory over Poland.

In the 83rd minute, Weghorst slid home Nathan Ake’s flawless pass into the area, causing a flurry of raptures among the tens of thousands of “Oranje” fans at Hamburg’s Volksparkstadion.

It was his second purpose in a row to serve as a substitute for the national team.

Holland were shocked in the 16th moment when Adam Buksa, replacing Poland’s damaged target equipment Robert Lewandowski, towered above three defenders for a wonderful flick into the net from stand- in captain Piotr Zielinski’s corner.

Wojciech Szczesny scored the French equalizing in the 29th moment with a small shot from the livewire Gakpo from outside the place that took a displacement off keeper Bartosz Salamon.

The poor Dutch botched a number of first-half chances, much to the chagrin of coach Ronald Koeman: Tijjani Reijnders headed only wide, Memphis Depay missed two chances, Gakpo fired another shot over, and Virgil van Dijk saved a close-range save.

Van Dijk often appeared to be ahead of his team, and Ake consistently stepped forward, scoring both aims.

Before Weghorst came in for the Dutch, Denzel Dumfries saw a header snaped aside by Szczesny and Xavi Simons shooting large in the second quarter.
