Rachel McAdams put on a popular display as she attended the celebrity- studded, 24th Monthly Broadway .com Audience Choice Awards in on Thursday.
The Notebook celebrity, 45, recently attended the ceremony at the 48 Club in the heart of New York City along with other artists.
The event’s finalists were recently announced last month in May, per the, with Merrily We Roll Along taking home the most awards, including Favorite Musical Revival.
McAdams wowed wearing a semi- large, dark black dress that fell down past her ankles and even had a plunging, scooped neckline.
She also slipped into a pair of dark, open-toed pumps while wearing a thin, black belt around her waist.
Her locks were revolving in a stylish off do, preventing any soft hair from falling onto her face.
On her left hand, Rachel opted for little accessories, adding a pair of mini silver earrings and a hefty ring.
The actress’s beauty was custom-made for the evening, consisting of a layer of mascara covering her lashes and a light, shimmering shadow covering her eyes.
Her lips were finished with a bright, red red tint and her cheekbones were given a radiant glow.
McAdams even presented two awards for her performance in the play Mary Jane, and she posed on the red carpet with a cheerful laugh.
She won the awards for Favorite Leading Actress in a Play and Favorite Breakthrough Performance (Female).
The beauty has even received a Tony Award nomination for Best Actress in a Play, with the big event scheduled for June 16th of this month.
Mary Jane made its Broadway debut in April with McAdams playing the lead position at the Yale Repertory Theatre, which was originally scheduled for again in 2017 at the Yale Repertory Theatre. On June 30th, the play will perform its final show.
The actress discussed the differences between working on a play and film or television during a subsequent meeting.
‘Yeah, it’s quite different from doing film or television. The exercise my mind is getting is to understand all these phrases and not just toss them aside, I suppose. she explained.
‘In film and television, you learn a website, you throw it away, you never see it again until even a animate a year later.’
‘I enjoy going to work in my pajamas and staying in them, Rachel comically said. Film and television, you may show up in your underwear, but you’re never gonna stay that way.’
‘But, as you know, just kind of never thinking about hair and makeup, and only really getting into the very dark and the meat of it daily…,’ the star continued.
Rachel even talked about being in front of a live audience and stated, ‘That sing of playing with an audience, and talking to them, and whatever they’re gonna give again.’
‘ And I’ve been told you may hear everything, you can- you actually do feel them so manifestly, so I’m sort of frightened of that, and even looking forward to it.’
Leslie Rodriguez Kritzer and other famous people attended the event on Thursday, including Kritzer. For her performance in Spamalot, she received the award for Favorite Diva Performance.
The actress was radiant in a white, sleeveless vest as well as a pair of matching, high- waisted trousers.
Leslie wore a white blazer over her shoulders with ease, and she added a gold necklace to complete the look.
She allowed her brunette hair to lighten up past her shoulders while rocking an open-toed pair of pumps.
On the red carpet, Eva Noblezada wore a light gray bralette top, a pair of black sweatpants, and a pair of comfortable shoes.
Additionally, the actress added a colorful scarf around her head and slipped into a pair of black, open-toed shoes.
For her role in The Great Gatsby, Eva notably received the honor of Favorite Leading Actress in a Musical and exuberantly posed with her award.
For the lyrics and music to the song “Carry You Home,” Ingrid Michelson won The Notebook’s Favorite New Song award.
She chose to wear a pair of closed-toed, nude-colored heels that were partially obscured by the hem of the outfit and wore a sleeveless, black jumpsuit.
On each of Ingrid’s hands, she added a variety of gold-chained necklaces that gave off a flashy flare as well as a variety of rings.
Maria Friedman, the director of Merrily We Roll Along, wore a long, floral maxi dress with shades of green, pink, and white.
While her blonde locks nearly brushed the tips of her shoulders, she was wearing a pair of white, open-toed shoes.
Daniel Radcliffe, who played a leading role in Merrily We Roll Along, donned a dark gray suit with a tan and blue-striped shirt underneath.
The Harry Potter actor also chose a pair of gray sneakers with laces as a finishing touch.
The actor won two awards, including Jonathan Groff’s co-star Jonathan Groff’s Favorite Onstage Pair and Favorite Featured Actor in a Musical.
The musical received three additional honors: Favorite Musical Revival, Favorite Performance of the Year ( Musical ) for Groff, and also Favorite Featured Actress in a Musical for Lindsay Mendez.
Later, while chatting on the red carpet, Maria and Daniel crossed paths and paused for a few memorable photos.
In a strapless dress with vibrant floral embroidery embroidery on the fabric, Alexandra Socha looked stunning.
To complete the look, she slipped into a pair of black, open-toed heels and added a tiny necklace.
The actress was joined by Mary Kate Morrissey who wowed in a semi- sheer, red dress that had scattered, glittering embellishments. She donned a pair of closed- toed, red pumps as well as small, dangly earrings.
In Wicked, which won Favorite Long-Range Running Show, Morrissey plays Elphaba while Alexandra plays Glinda the Good Witch.
Jordan Fisher chose a pair of classic, denim jeans as well as a black and white-patterned shirt while attending the event. He won the award for Favorite Replacement ( Male ) for his performance in Hadestown.
A pair of black pants, a pair of black pants, and a pair of sleek, black dress shoes were all paired with a black satin button-up. The playwright added a pair of fashionable shades to complete his look for the occasion.
For his role in The Great Gatsby, Jeremy Jordan proudly presented his award for Favorite Leading Actor in a Musical with a short-sleeved T-shirt.
Later in the evening, Radcliffe was seen joining his co- stars, Jonathan Groff and Lindsay Mendez, as they held awards in their hands.
John Gore, Maria Freidman, Jonathan Groff, Lindsay Mendez, Daniel Radcliffe and Lauren Reid also were seen gathered together during the festivities on Thursday.
