Nelly Furtado shrugged off her and made a racy return to the red carpet for the Hollywood premiere of The Greatest Hits, which was held inside El Capitan Theatre on Monday.
The 45-year-old winner portrays herself in Ned Benson’s time-traveling romantic fantasy, which began streaming on Hulu last Friday.
Nelly flashed her black strapless bra (but no panties) beneath a maroon sparkly ruched dress and black platform heels selected by stylist Marc Andrew Smith.
Furtado accessorized her sexy off-the-shoulder lace-up frock with gold jewelry and a pearly manicure by nail artist Sayo Irie.
The Gala Y Dalí singer was also noticeably wearing a nude-colored bandage over her right thumb.
On Saturday, Nelly injured the nail bed so bad it bled, writing via Instastory: ‘Literally left it all on the stage… including my blood. All for you [Dom Dolla]!’
Furtado rocked a custom L.O.C.A. pink-metallic butterfly top, pants, and gloves to perform her 2023 collaboration Eat Your Man with the Australian DJ inside the Sahara Tent during the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, CA.
‘Moving my body like a nympho,’ the Portuguese Canadian sang onstage.
But without missing a lyric, Nelly recovered singing: ‘I say it right, now do what I say!’
Eat Your Man marked Furtado’s first single in five years and it peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard US Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.
The SKIMS brand ambassador – who boasts 12.3M social media followers – only had about her weekend: ‘My very first Coachella! What a dream!’
Partying with Nelly in the desert was her 20-year-old daughter Nevis Chetan, whom she welcomed with ex-boyfriend Jasper Gahunia.
Furtado is also mother to a five-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son with rapper Hodgy, whom she reportedly began dating in 2018.
The Keep Going Up singer – who gets 26.3M monthly listeners on Spotify – has recorded well over 200 songs for her seventh studio album, and fans can expect the lead single to drop in May.
‘We’re currently in the mixing space,’ Nelly teased on April 1.
‘We’re doing it right. We’re doing all the things. We have big plans and I’m so excited about it because I’m in a better head space than ever. I’ve never loved being an entertainer more. I feel like I’m really owning it.’
On Monday, Furtado seemed most excited to reunite with her co-star Lucy Boynton, who leads The Greatest Hits as Harriet Gibbons.
The 30-year-old SAG Award nominee flashed her bra beneath a sheer floral jacket, sheer skirt over silver leggings, and black heels selected by stylist Leith Clark.
The I’m Like a Bird hitmaker and Lucy later posed with co-stars Austin Crute and Justin H. Min as well as director Ned Benson and ‘DJ Harvey’ Bassett.
Austin Crute – who plays Harriet’s friend Morris Martin – rocked white braids with his muscular-print bodysuit and knee-high black lace-up boots.
Justin H. Min – who plays Harriet’s new love interest David Park – looked dapper in a black suit, patent leather Oxfords, and wavy locks.
Clementine Creevy – who plays Samantha – wore a sheer black slip dress beneath a heavy leather jacket and knee-high motorcycle boots.
‘DJ Harvey’ Bassett – who plays Thom and served as music consultant – wore ombré shades with his double-breasted navy blazer, matching dotted necktie, cream linen pants, and brown Oxfords.
Also enjoying The Greatest Hits film festivities was Quasi writer-star Jay Chandrasekhar, who wore a blue button-up shirt sans tie beneath his black suit.
