Have you ever looked at something and felt as though you had seen it somewhere else before but are unable to pinpoint the exact location? Many Final Fantasy XIV people are already experiencing that with the newly released game.
Look, I’m the first to confess that I typically purchase pretty much everything that is available online through the FFXIV. I can’t help but be in love with something I already have because I’m a sucker for glam jewelry and, on the rare occasion, there is at least one item in a set that can be paired with something else. But, there are exceptions to this and the Crystarium Prodigy’s Attire is certainly one of them.
Why? Because there are already models with the items included, you can create a ( barely ) passable mock-up glam using items that wo n’t cost you a real penny.
Not the first time online shop goods have created a stir in the community. I recall being released and realizing that I would have to use the entire clothing if I wanted to wear those wonderful heels I’ve been lusting after for so long. There are so many potential glitzes that nothing actually exists. For a shame.
How to get Alphinaud’s glance in Final Fantasy XIV
You should throw away your credit card and rather nose to the Marketboard if you want to dress like Alphinaud in his Shadowbringers time, you know, the glow-up he got before he started maining Sage during Endwalker.
Today, I want you to be fully mindful that there are some restrictions when doing this on a budget. The Crystarium Prodigy’s Attire is a level one glitter element that can be worn by any group, which is one plus.
On the other hand, you must be playing as a Ninja to get a complete copy of this cast since the free alternatives are job-locked. On the as area, you’ll find two entertaining swords to play with. I also make no claims that this costume is fake; in fact, it looks like a dub at Wish, but you saved $12 in the process.
First, I know, the colours are way out and until we get two colour programmes in these older things, they’re going to remain that way. However, the exact models of three of the four sections are identical.
Here’s what I’m wearing in the right area image:
- Scouting’s levels 68, dyed Storm Blue, copper armguards
- Scouting Scouting Brightlinen Gambison ( level 70, Storm Blue dyed )
- Kudzu Trousers of Scouting ( level 64, dyed Pure White )
- Devilish Thighboots (online keep purchase, dyed Real White )
Here’s why I swapped out the shoes from the concept that shared the Eikon Leather Thighboots of Scouting, in case you’re wondering:
They dye horribly, at least for this purpose. That said, at least they’re really dyeable, unlike the Crystarium Prodigy’s Attire. If you’re okay with looking like you just ran through a muddy field, you can get away with a pair of Expeditioner’s Thighboots if you don’t want to spend any money on it.
