In a rainbows little dress, Jo O’Meara displays her weight loss

As she performed her slimmed-down framework on phase with the band S Club at Pride on Sunday, she looked amazing.

The song, 44, has changed her attitude over the past few years, changing how she eats and drinks, and looking happier and healthier than ever.

As part of their The Good Times meeting journey, which began in early October, Jo belted out the group’s strikes while highlighting her outstanding in a rainbow minidress with embroidered rainbow accents.

The sun oozed trust in the head-turning attire, which she teamed with fishnet stockings and military trainers.

Jo credited being surrounded by fine folks with helping her achieve her goals in a series of before and after photos released in November that showed her altercation.

She penned: ‘Sometimes in life you just need assistance, I see these old pictures today and see such grief, if you surround yourself with great people who want to see you win.. you can accomplish anything! I am so glad of the people I have become now, intellectually strong, and physically fit And healthy!’

“It took me a long time to get to this stage, but the key to it all was having people who were genuine about it.” … never let anyone dark your lighting, keep going, maintain fighting …. you got this.’

The performer recently described how, as a result of her days of eating “waste” and eating as a coping mechanism for the terrifying pandemie, she lost two stone while participating in the Covid-19 lockdown.

Speaking to, Jo explained: “I used to wake up every morning, specifically when I was smoking, and only feel ‘urrgh.’ “

She soon decided to switch up her attitude, ditching the booze, cigarettes and carbs for a better plan of brain pump classes, trampolining and regional walks with her son Lenny, then 16.

After ditching bread, macaroni and cheese and cutting down on drink, she added: ‘I feel more confident and secure in my own skin, and I have a little more optimistic outlook, so I feel really lucky and delighted.’

And Jo certainly appeared to be sticking to her new healthier regime as she looked amazing while joining band mates, 46, 47, Jon Lee, 41, 42, in Brighton for an energetic Pride performance.

43, who left the band last year after their dear bandmate passed away, have been playing without them.

As the performers laughed and grinned at one another, they appeared to be having fun on stage.

The stars danced away in their matching neon tie-dye outfits as they resurrected after a ten-year hiatus.

While Tina, Rachel, and Jo all wore multi-colored leotards and dresses, Jon chose an open shirt that showed off his tattoo collection.

The singers each chose to stand out with glittering accessories like thigh-high stiletto boots and face jewels.

S Club 7 was founded in 1998, and between 1999 and 2003, the band had a number of smashes.

Don’t Stop Movin and Never Had a Dream Come True were the only two singles to reach number one.

Just two months after he and the band announced their plans, band member Paul, 46, tragically passed away on April 6, 2023.

Hannah, a former band member, has recently undergone a remarkable career change, and she chose not to tour with the band.

Paul passed away suddenly from natural causes, before it was later revealed that he had heart problems. His death was not the subject of an inquest.

His body was discovered in his ground floor flat in Wareham, Dorset, devastating his bandmates and fans.

We confirm that Mr. Cattermole passed away naturally, according to a Dorset Coroner’s Office spokeswoman, and that our investigations are complete. There won’t be an inquest because his death was caused by natural causes.

Hannah, his ex-girlfriend and fellow S Club 7 star, was reported to be “in bits” after learning about the news.

Following his death, the band rebranded as S Club as Hannah.

She made the revelations at the time about the issues she had been experiencing, and she has since expressed her concerns.

His sad passing was announced in a joint statement from his family and S Club.

‘Paul was found yesterday, 6th April 2023 at his home in Dorset and was pronounced dead later that afternoon.’

‘While the cause of death is currently unknown, Dorset Police has confirmed that there were no suspicious circumstances.’

‘Paul’s family, friends and fellow members of S Club request privacy at this time.’

The band subsequently made a tribute to Paul on social media.

We are truly devastated by the passing of our brother Paul, they wrote alongside a black and white photograph of him from the band’s heyday. The overwhelming sadness and loss we all experience cannot be adequately expressed. We are so fortunate to have him in our lives, and we are grateful for the wonderful memories we have.

He will be sorely missed by everyone.

After going through a difficult time, Paul found work as a tarot card reader.

He reinvented himself as a ‘spiritual psychic detective’, earning money by charging £39.99 for reading on a spiritual website.

Paul created a YouTube channel called Tarot Me This in 2021, where he demanded that viewers donate money in exchange for a reading, and explained that “clairvoyance” was his new line of work.

He later revealed that he had a fear that S Club 7’s psychic abilities would make him sound “crazy.” He later admitted to hiding them from the rest.
