US lawyers have even charged him with sex- prostitution and criminal, and Nygard, 82, has agreed to be extradited to encounter those claims.
The presently- bankrupt Nygard clothing company was once the largest American- owned creator and seller of women’s clothing. According to the fit, Nygard’s organizations knew or should have known he was sexually assaulting women and that his firms benefited from it.

According to the fit, those employees also maintained a commercial database including photographs to help Nygard to examine, rate and contact possible victims.
” The database contains assessments or results, knowledge, and photographs of over 7, 500 young girls and women dating back to 1987″, the plaintiffs suspect. Employees of Nygard’s businesses were expected to keep money at his different properties so he could give victims for intercourse, the complaint more states.
They are suing for unknown financial problems for intercourse- smuggling as well as assault and battery. Some 27 commercial companies are named as plaintiffs, many of which correspond with properties held by Nygard. Four business partners and Nygard’s child, described as a “key agent” of many of his firms, are also accused.
The defendants are even suing the W Hotel in Times Square, where Nygard allegedly brought raped or assaulted many of them. The hotel’s owner, Marriott International Inc., did n’t respond right away to a request for comment.

Although some Nygard qualities have been sold out of bankruptcy, according to Thursday’s lawsuit, many of the defendants assisted in hiding assets from creditors.
