was performing her usual absurd stunts on May 23 at the film’s Los Angeles launch. The singer, who is renowned for her glamorous red carpet looks, donned a white dressy Selva dress complete with car parts, including what appeared to be a bumper that had been molded into a sort of mechanical bustier.
“On the red carpet, I explained that it was a vehicle element. They said what kind and I said I don’t know, I’m not a mechanic”, the singer wrote on X, Gaga also posted a of the, along with a poetic ode to her fans, on her Instagram.
The singer claimed that she had been ill with COVID and had been playing Chromatica dates because she didn’t want to let her Little Monsters down during a Q&A at the premiere.

“This was for a special occasion. In a time when people didn’t think you could tour [amid the pandemic], stadiums were packed all over the world and sold out, all dressed up, dancing, and singing. I’m really so delighted for you all to see what we made up close,” she said.
“I did five displays with COVID”, she told the assembled media. I told everyone on my team, “I don’t want anyone to feel uncomfortable at work and you don’t have to perform or work that day, but I’m going to do the show,” because I just didn’t want to let all the fans down.
She explained why she was considering playing tired and said, “The way I saw it was that the fans were all putting themselves in harm’s way every day when they were at the show. During all my rapid changes, I kept going. ‘I’m guilty. I’m but sorry.'”
Gaga even claimed that the album and tour “represented the end of a time in my life and the beginning of a totally innovative one.” And I think that’s when I was kind of saying farewell to old wounds, scars, and challenges, and that this visit was something I really wanted to do for people I love, not to mention how much I enjoyed my other tours as well,” she explained. “I’m certain we all can relate to the feeling that “everyone around you feels proud of things” is completely different from that experience.”
Though she’s been for her, Gaga even spoke at duration for the first time about the follow- up to Chromatica, revealing that she’s in the theater “every one day.” I have written so many tracks, I’ve been producing so many music, and it’s nothing like something that I’ve ever made before. I enjoy exploring audio and breaking through music. Knowing that you will be loved no matter what you do is truly stunning.
Gaga Chromatica Ball, which follows a Dodger Stadium stop in Los Angeles during the 2022 journey, airs on HBO on May 25 at 8 p.m. ET.
