Winnipeg-based Natasha Lao and her father, Joe Caligiuri, had the most beautiful August in Manitoba, a group replete with Spanish-Mediterranean feels and flavours. A beautiful 70-acre home in East Selkirk was where they had their outdoor wedding. According to Natasha, the couple was severely affected by COVID days, having to change locations and postpone their wedding half. Due to the pandemic, the one they initially scheduled to close, which she had helped design and incorporate with traditional Hispanic structural features.

“I was heartbroken, says Natasha, the director of branding, brand artistic and communications for traveling business Plannin, and a fashion and lifestyle information creator.” But we pivoted and chose a place that was a blank canvas, allowing me to get creative and customize every detail, little to Joe’s please,” she says laughing”. Some highlights of our time included having a Spanish group playing when guests arrived, custom-branded cigars, a Mediterranean vibes palette of red, orange and marine for the florals, and an amazing wedding breakfast menus, which began with a meze spread, followed by tapas inspired by Spain. Our marriage was black knot, but we wanted our visitors to feel at ease because of this, which both completely matched our theme and created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Breaking baguettes and passing meals around each other gave off a more secluded, social feeling.

Natasha says the purpose of her extravagant morning was always to purchase both dresses for the ceremony and the evening reception. She quickly found both of her clothes on Pinterest and Instagram, where she immediately discovered both of her favorites, and said she already knew which one to choose from them. I was immediately struck by the graphics of these clothes when Natasha said,” Natasha says.” I didn’t even have to try them on. It hardly ever changes when I put my heart’s desire on everything.

Natasha was anticipating that her ideal dresses would be difficult to find in her small town, but she was ready to go the extra mile to find them. To her pleasure, she found her meeting bridal gown in Winnipeg. Although her wedding dress for the reception was undoubtedly a trend treasure, she ended up receiving it unexpectedly directly from the designer’s headquarters in Israel.

The service dress

Natasha recognized the significance of her Pronovias dress the moment she tried it on, but she later worked with her bridal shop to change the trumpet-shape to a column. Photo: Izabela Rachwal

For her first clothing, Natasha chose a remarkable off-the-should column dress from Barcelona-based brand, which had an impressive Spanish-style vibe, which she loved. She visited the Winnipeg shop and, in the process, tried on a number of other clothes, but her intestines wand was clear: the one.

“I FaceTimed my sister and burst into tears,” says Natasha. “It would be my personal interpretation of this gown, which would allow me to own a really unique moment that reflected my personality, since I loved it but also wanted to change something about it. I changed the trumpet-style bust, waist, and coach, replacing it with a column-style bust. I even added the breath arms. To complete the look, I added a bird veil, which I paired with large classic pearl drop earrings, and silver heels.”

The welcome dress

“Natasha’s following dress fascination was from a hand-beaded, floor-length dazzler with a built-in body fit. She discovered this dress in Canada at the only shop that carried the tag, but the $14, 000 price tag surprised her a little bit. This was way over my budget, but I couldn’t get it off my mind,” Natasha says. “I contacted the brand in Tel Aviv right away and inquired if they had a trial for a photo capture, which they did. I took a chance because it might not include fit, but I needed it because it was a test size, and I did so at a discount!”

“After the cake cutting, Natasha changed into her vision group dress, which was a huge shock to everyone. Even my mom didn’t know about it,” says Natasha. “My hairdresser returned to change my hair for a second glance, which was awe-inspiring. After a lengthy time, I even felt rejuvenated after a long time. With simply the right amount of pure, this costume sparkled brilliantly under the stars and made me feel beautiful.”

The supporting weddings models

Natasha made her bridal squad’s choice of clothing stylish and personalized with both her bridal ensemble and gorgeous accessories. Each of the supporting people had their own style chosen by her. I wanted to be thoughtful and versatile because I am aware of the financial and emotional difficulties girls frequently encounter, Natasha says. The only thing I asked for was that they select a floor-length clothing in a vivid color, giving each bridesmaid the freedom to pick a wardrobe staple they both liked and were glad to invest in.

Her brides wore a stunning color of tones ranging from dark to scorched orange, black, blue and vodka. Natasha gave them Spanish hands fans, which looked elegant and kept them cool in the summer heat, instead of bouquets. My marital style is absolutely unique and ideal for me, and I thought these personalized touches, combined with my refined eclecticism, helped me create it.

The buying tips

Natasha claims that she came away with a lot of knowledge in the search for the ideal bridal attire. She recommends doing some single browsing, as she found it a truly empowering experience. The knowledge is both entertaining and entertaining without other people’s ideas. Keep an open mind and remember that you can modify most outfits to make them your own.

Discover your passion in the pieces of every bridal gown you try on, says Natasha, “and utilize your imagination and a fantastic tailor to combine it all into one dream dress.” Possessing two clothes is a great way to showcase various aspects of your design, if your budget permits. Also, don’t forget the veil! When elsewhere in your life will you have the opportunity to use one? It gives your bridal outfit a wonderful feel.
