While 2024 may be the time with actors from Zendaya to Anya Taylor-Joy stepping up to play their big-screen heroes on the dark floor, some are sticking to a more tried-and-true solution.

Jennifer Aniston is one such red-carpet standard who has developed her own design over the years and is sticking strongly to it. Next day, the sun attended an event promoting The Morning Show in LA wearing Reformation’s: a constantly favorite item that’s part of the company’s seasonless, continuous movement.

The actress just added a pair of matching point-toe sandals and discreet jewelry to the tonal-red decorative midi in her signature minimalist style.

If the outfit appears acquainted, that might be because Aniston has worn it when, in a unique colourway. Back in April, the sun posted a picture of her in Reformation’s favorite waist- hugging silhouette in a stylish navy and orange print.

Although Aniston’s repetitive style of grooming may conflict with the camera-attracting strategies of the new school of purple rugs stars, it does illustrate why she has remained a design icon for so long. Aniston is undoubtedly aware of her personal style, which is precisely what she values and doesn’t sway from it to fit the current zeitgeist.

Building a wardrobe of core, seasonless classics really pays off, even though I don’t recommend that we all collectively shun the joy of newness forever ( nothing raises our hearts quite like a brand-new investment or a sparkling pair of shoes ). As Jen knows, once you find a picture you truly enjoy, it’s a wise idea to invest in various colourways.

I’ve personally taken a plant out of Aniston’s text, buying up Arket’s perfectly significant in every one color. Trust me: it’ll form the backbone of infinite daily looks, and yet looks smart enough to function after- hours, also. Additionally, I’ve purchased a number of pairs of Cos, which are both light enough to stand beautifully and have a pleasant wide-leg image.

And most new discovery: the great velvet slip dress. For decades, I’ve been looking for one that flows effortlessly without being too low or very long, and it’s exactly what I need. The 90s, which is the company’s aptly named style, is the kind of part you’ll be wearing for years to come, whether it be layered up with knit and boots or with a string sandal. I’m adding its replacement to my case this year ( and perhaps the fun as well ) after falling in love with my beloved item.
