The mermaid-style beauty finished off her beautiful make-up for the second outfit of the evening by showing off her snatched waistline in the mermaid-style gown.

As she graced the stage in a bejewelled sleeveless number, Hannah’s next dress change caused the audience to fall out of their seats.
