On Tuesday, April 9, Scout and Tallulah Willis donned coordinated classic Christian Lacroix tiny slip dresses to attend the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards in Los Angeles.
Hunter, 32, wore a red sleeveless edition of the dress. It had ornamental golden hardware at the bust and black lace all over. A pair of dark closed-toed heels, a pair of black large tights, and a black purse teamed with this.
Tallulah, 30, wore a similar dress in wallpaper. She paired hers with a nearly parallel pair of black heels and a dark bag, and it also had black lace throughout.
Both sisters chose crystal jewelry, with Tallulah opting for a pearl choker collar and anklet, while Scout chose pearl rings. They each drew their tresses in fashionable sandwiches that extended their curls and framing their eyes.
The couple were eventually spotted together backstage during the medal ceremony after posing on the red carpet.
The occasion was filled with various artists, including Zooey Deschanel ( who hosted the meeting ), Paris Hilton, Glen Powell, Kelly Rowland, Kelsea Ballerini, Jenna Dewan, Sophia Bush, Heidi Klum and Alessandra Ambrosio.
In recent years, Scout and Tallulah have gone through a bit. They have each openly discussed the agonizing experience of witnessing Bruce Willis’ death from a mental condition he was diagnosed with in 2022.
“I keep flipping between the present and the past when I talk about Bruce: he is, he was, he is, he was”, Tallulah penned in a profound article in May 2023. That’s because I have hope for my father, which I’m so afraid to let go of. I’ve always felt his character in me, and I’m just astounded by the fact that if there were more day, we would be such good friends.
Similar to Tallulah, Demi Moore, and Rumer, Scout has often posted on social media about how she has overcome pain.
In a lengthy caption on March 19, Scout wrote, “Exotic how so much has changed yet though so much has changed. My father is one of my best friends, possibly then on a deeper level than ever seriously. I value his fervor and the incredible flexibility he has often cherished.”
