The Dolby Theatre in downtown on Monday night hosts the awards show in honor of the artists and songs that were played the most on iHeartRadio stations and the app.
will be hosting the event attended by celebrities and will be awarded awards for their contributions to music. The iHeartRadio Innovator Award will be presented to Cher, while the queen bets will be given the Icon Award.
On top of seeing their favorite artists win awards, viewers will also be treated to an array of performances by the likes of, Tate McRae, Green Day, Jelly Roll, and TLC.
The ceremony can be heard on FOX, as well as on the iHeartRadio app and various iHeartRadio stations.
Speaking with about the awards show, Ludacris raved:’ When it comes to iHeart, it’s all about energy. It’s all about ]viewers ] seeing their favorite artists. It’s about blowing the roof off of this venue, man,’ he said. ‘ Because you have a wide range of people in here as well, I believe it will just be fun. And it’s right after, so come on, man.’
He stated that the show had something to offer in terms of “variety.”
